The Chinese food connection

Chennai is home to a great number Chinese restaurants. To name a few good ones are Mainland China, Dynasty, and recent addition MoMo's at GN Chetty road.

It was a pleasant surprise to see such good service, good food, great ambience etc...
Starting from the soup, appetizers, main course and dessert, each and every item was tastefully presented and the flavors were amazing.

Vegeterians have some great options there.
1. Tom Yom Veg soup - Clear veg soup with amazing flavors, a good bet for spicy food lovers
2. Momo's - steamed spring roll type wraps with amazing sauce as an accompinent
3. Yum Woon Sen - a salad with noodles and slivered vegetables
4. Starlight Tofu - a great side dish for rice/noodles, has a great mix of tofu and broccoli in a gravy
5. Khao Pahd Phak - garlic flavored fried rice
6. Fried ice cream - an amazing but unbelievable dessert, ice cream that is fried!! :)

Mr. Vijayan, the manager, was ever courteous and attentive. He also mentioned a restaurant called Flower Drum at Pantheon road, Egmore that was an exclusive Chinesevegeterian restaurant,Three cheers!!!

A must-go for all the Chinese food lovers.
